Head stocks are not pictured per our policy. Custom Head stocks are available upon request from our factory custom shop.

All customized products are non-returnable. We use the carton which is designed for the International transport to package the products you ordered.

And we can guarantee the items will not be damaged in the way of transportation. If the item you received is broken or defective, please contact me immediately and return it within 3 days after you received it with the original or approved packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shopping costs.
